Achieve You become the shop from the water tower ad. The book fills from people who already drive past you. Higher ticket sits get qualified. Mini celebrity of the town, on a budget that does not hurt.
Fit Local service. A town people know. You can stand in front of a landmark for 20 seconds. You can spend a little every week.
Unfit National / B2B with no local face. That is The outbound trail. Or a shop that will only run pretty agency ads.

The high-ticket job / a small job we can book on the service calendar. If they pick the small job, route to the GHL calendar, not a sales sit.

Yes / no. If no, they do not see slots. Contact is already captured.

Guide
Run Ugly ads that book the town
This is the how-to. If the town does not know your face, do this. You only do login, 2FA, or pay. The rest is Bot. Stay on this page. The snapshot is already built. Follow it.
Fit gate
- If you are HVAC, plumber, roofer, lawn, medspa, dentist, gym, or any local service in a town people can name, stay.
- If you can stand in front of a landmark for 20 seconds and spend a little every week, stay.
- If you are national or B2B with no local face, stop. Open The outbound trail.
- If you will only run pretty agency ads, stop. Ugly is the filter. Pretty looks like every shop.
Tools in order
- GoHighLevel snapshot (already built)
- 3 landmarks the town already names
- Phone (3 ugly clips + 1 review still)
- Meta / Facebook-Instagram ads
- The book fork: GHL calendar or iClosed
- The four texts (confirm, remind, no-show, review)
- File log
No Cal.com on this File. No invented snapshot URL. Booking lives in GHL for the everyday job. iClosed is the sit for high-ticket. Do not swap them.
Pick the 3 landmarks
Places people give directions from. "Meet me at the water tower." "Past the high school." "The diner on Main." That is the list.
- Write the town name. Bot suggests 3 corners from that name. You pick.
- Keep a place if a stranger could find it from a text. Drop a pretty park nobody names.
- The landmark does the real geo filter. Meta radius is a soft signal now. "If you know the water tower on 9th" stops the wrong town from wasting spend.
- You walk there. Bot does not shoot.
Shoot checklist (do this today)
- 3 places people give directions from. Tower, high school, diner, the bridge. Not a pretty park nobody names.
- Vertical 9:16. Phone. You in the frame. Landmark readable behind you.
- 15-30 seconds. Captions on. No licensed music. No logo intro.
- First 3 seconds: say the place and the town. Then your name and the shop. Then the one job. Then "book a time."
- Locked script shape: "[Landmark]. If you live in [town] and you need [job], I am [name] at [shop]. Book a time."
- Also run a still: a real Google review screenshot with the neighborhood in it. Often beats the video in week one.
- 3 ads + that still. Kill the loser each week. Do not hire a videographer.
Locked scripts
Fill the brackets. Do not add a slogan. Do not add music. Do not add a logo sting.

Weekly loop. Open Ads Manager. Which of the 3 ads + still booked. Kill the loser. Keep the two that booked or held the corner. Shoot one new corner this week. Same locked script, new landmark. If a no-show lands, send Text 03 once, then stop. If they showed, send Text 04 after the job.

What to do with a no-show
- Send Text 03 once. Offer the next open slot. Then stop.
- Mark the File log: no-show. Do not keep texting.
- If no-shows stack on one landmark, kill that ad. The corner may be the wrong town, or the offer is a sit they never meant to take.
When to kill an ad
- After a real week, kill the one of the four (3 clips + still) that did not book and did not hold the corner.
- Kill it if people from the wrong town keep tapping. The landmark is not doing the geo filter. Shoot a tighter corner.
- Kill it if they tap and land on a website. The book link is wrong. Put the calendar or iClosed in the ad.
- Do not raise spend blindly on a loser. Change the landmark or the offer.

- Do not put sales on a GHL calendar.
- Do not put this File on Cal.com.

FAQ
Questions owners ask
Do I need a videographer?
No. Phone. Ugly is the point. A polished ad looks like every other shop.
How much do I spend?
A little, every day, in a tight radius. Not a brand campaign. Do not treat any number as a promised result. If nothing books after a real week, change the landmark or the offer. Do not raise spend blindly.
Why ugly?
Pretty looks like every shop. Ugly with a landmark they know feels like a neighbor. That is the filter.
Where do they book?
Everyday local job they can take soon: your GHL calendar. The snapshot is already built. Higher ticket sit where a wasted visit hurts: iClosed asks three questions first. Do not put sales on a GHL calendar. No Cal.com on this File.
When do I use iClosed?
When the visit is a sit that hurts to waste. Roof, HVAC replace, medspa, dental, legal, kitchen, remodel. Highly recommended. Name and phone first, then three questions. Just looking, or not the decision maker, does not see slots.
Do I hop on a call with APG?
No.
What if I have no inbound at all?
This File is how inbound starts. Outbound is a different File.
Is this funding?
No.
