# Skill · Ugly ads that book the town

Install procedure the Grok Bot runs. Intake is already loaded. Drive the named tools. Stop only for login, 2FA, or pay. Write the File log. Do not hop on a call. The snapshot is already built. They follow it.

## Fit gate

Fit: local service (HVAC, plumber, roofer, lawn, medspa, dentist, gym) in a town people can name. They can stand in front of a landmark for 20 seconds and spend a little every week.

Unfit: national / B2B with no local face (route to The outbound trail). A shop that will only run pretty agency ads (stop).

If unfit, stop.

## Tools

1. GHL snapshot (already built)
2. 3 landmarks people give directions from
3. Phone (3 ugly clips + 1 review still)
4. Meta / Facebook-Instagram ads
5. The book fork: GHL calendar or iClosed
6. The four texts (confirm, remind, no-show, review)
7. File log

No Cal.com on this File. Everyday books live on the GHL calendar. High-ticket sits live on iClosed. Do not swap them. Do not invent a snapshot URL or an iClosed URL.

## Book fork

IF the job is a visit they can take tomorrow (service call, cut, clean, small repair) → GHL calendar. Confirm, remind, no-show, review.

IF the job is a high-ticket sit where a wasted visit hurts (roof, HVAC replace, medspa, dental, legal, kitchen, remodel) → iClosed is highly recommended. Do not put sales on a GHL calendar.

## Run

### 1. Load the snapshot
- Open GHL. Stop for login / 2FA / pay.
- Wire the snapshot that is already built. Calendar for the everyday book. Texts: confirm, remind, no-show, review ask. Pipeline: booked / showed / no-show / review.
- If Stand up GHL is still a placeholder, stop and wait. Do not paste a guessed link.

### 2. Landmarks
- From the town name, suggest 3 places people give directions from (water tower, high school, the diner, the bridge).
- Human picks and walks there.
- Drop a pretty park nobody names. The landmark does the real geo filter. Meta radius is a soft signal now.

### 3. Phone
Write locked scripts. Do not rewrite.

Shape: [Landmark]. If you live in [town] and you need [job], I am [name] at [shop]. Book a time.

Shoot rules the human follows:
- Vertical 9:16. Phone. Face in the frame. Landmark readable behind them.
- 15-30 seconds. Captions on. No licensed music. No logo intro.
- First 3 seconds: the place and the town. Then name and shop. Then the one job. Then "book a time."
- Also a still: a real Google review screenshot with the neighborhood in it. Often beats the video in week one.
- 3 ads + that still. Do not hire a videographer.

Human: stand there and hit record.

### 4. Meta ads
- Open Ads Manager. Stop for login / 2FA / pay.
- Build the campaign brief:
  - People who LIVE in the location, not "recently in"
  - Tight radius around the shop or the 3 landmarks. Urban start about 5-10 miles. Tighter if they only serve 3 zips.
  - Neighborhood and landmark in the copy, not just the targeting
  - 3 ads + the review still
  - Book link is the only CTA (GHL calendar or iClosed, per the fork). Not a website tour.
  - A little every day so the ads can learn. Do not promise a dollar amount or a ROAS.
  - If nothing books after a real week, change the landmark or the offer. Do not raise spend blindly.

### 5. The book
- Everyday path: book link is the GHL calendar. Human: nothing after login.
- Sit path: open iClosed. Stop for login / 2FA / pay.
- Bot builds the event, the 3 locked questions, the DQ, the GHL handoff.
- 2-step scheduler. Primary = name + phone (or email). Captured even if they drop before a slot.
- Then 3 locked secondary questions, single-select:

Question 01: What do you need done? (the high-ticket job / a small job we can book on the service calendar)

Question 02: Are you the one who decides? (yes / no)

Question 03: When do you want this done? (this month / just looking)

DQ: just looking, or not the decision maker. They do not see slots. Contact is already captured.

If they pick the small job: route to the GHL service calendar, not a sales sit.

Affiliate link stays a stub. Do not invent a URL.

### 6. The four texts
Load locked copy. Do not rewrite.

Text 01 Confirm: You are on the book. [day] at [time]. Reply if you need to move it.

Text 02 Remind: Tomorrow at [time]. See you then. Reply if you need to move it.

Text 03 No-show: We held [time] and missed you. Reply 1 and I put the next open slot on the book. One bump, then I stop.

Text 04 Review: If the job was right, a Google review that names the neighborhood helps the next person on your street find us.

Human: nothing.

### 7. Weekly loop + File log
- After a real week, kill the loser of the 4 creatives. Shoot one new corner. Same locked script, new landmark.
- No-show: send Text 03 once, then stop.
- After the job: send Text 04.
- Write booked, showed, no-show, review, which landmark they named.

## File log

Columns: date, name, landmark they named, path (GHL book / iClosed sit / DQ / small-job route), showed Y/N, review Y/N, status.

## Done

Stop when a week of small local ads booked real times, and someone in town says "I saw you at the [landmark]."

## Next File

Recover the job they turn down. When the book fills, leftover calls become a deposit or a dated hold. The book that qualifies is the deeper iClosed File.

## Do not

- Do not hire a videographer.
- Do not run pretty agency ads, a big brand spend, or a lookalike of a national.
- Do not target "recently in."
- Do not send them to a website tour.
- Do not put sales on a GHL calendar.
- Do not put this File on Cal.com.
- Do not invent a snapshot URL or an iClosed URL.
- Do not promise a dollar amount, a ROAS, or "mini celebrity in 7 days."
- Do not talk funding.
