- A buyer can say yes in one text.
- Do not add a second offer.
- Do not discount so hard the slow month is charity.

### 3. Pull 20 names
- Open GHL. Stop for login / 2FA / pay.
- Pull 20 past customers who already bought that SKU.
- Do not build an audience.

- Book inside the slow weeks only. This is the HOLD calendar.
