# Skill · Cold ready, or make it warm

Install procedure the Grok Bot runs. Intake is already loaded. Drive the named tools. Stop only for login, 2FA, or pay. Write the File log. Do not hop on a call.

## Fit gate

Fit: they have an offer they want to scale, and they can name whether it is being sold cold or warm.

Unfit: no offer yet. Route to Ugly ads or The outbound trail. Or they only want a CRM rec. Stop. Anytime a File needs a CRM, we use GHL because we already built the snapshot.

If unfit, stop. Do not load scale pipes on an empty offer.

## The two ways

Most people miss this. They sell a warm-traffic offer to cold traffic. That is why ads never work and cold email barely works. Cold close rate is under 10% when the offer is wrong. Some offers cannot be sold cold in their current form.

Choice: convert the offer for cold, or stop selling cold and build warm traffic. You only need one path. You must pick at least one. There is no third option.

## Tools

1. GHL snapshot (trial is enough to start)
2. Name the path (cold or warm)
3. New money gate
4. Guarantee on every front-end asset
5. DFY frame (locked scripts)
6. Book fork: GHL calendar (everyday) / iClosed (high-ticket sit)
7. Opt-in then VSL
8. YouTube + email (30-day sequence, weekday broadcasts)
9. Stripe Payment Link (the small thing they consume)
10. File log

Anytime a File needs a CRM, we use GHL. We already built the snapshot that goes with this File. Both paths are in it (Cold-ready pipe + Warm-pool pipe). You import it. That is why GHL is in the trail. A trial is enough to start. High-end. If they run the File, the tool pays for itself. Everyday books live on a GHL calendar. High-ticket sits live on iClosed. Do not swap them.

## Run

### 1. Load the snapshot
- Open GHL. A trial is enough to start. Stop for login / 2FA / pay.
- Import the snapshot. Cold-ready pipe, Warm-pool pipe, offer page, guarantee on every front-end asset, opt-in-then-VSL, File log. Already named.
- If Load snapshot is still a placeholder, stop and wait. Do not paste a guessed link.

### 2. Name the path
- Is this offer being sold to strangers, or to people who already know you?
- Human: name it. Cold or warm. Bot: write the path on the File log.
- You only need one. You must pick at least one. There is no third option.

### 3. Way 1 gate · new money
Position the offer as new revenue, not scalping what they already have. Cold traffic will not buy optimization of existing assets. If it is not new money, do not run it cold. Convert it or go to Way 2. If new money is impossible, over-index on DFY plus an aggressive guarantee.

Works (example, not a promise): We place a proven setter and guarantee 40 sales calls a month or you do not pay. Implies new appointments.

Fails: We will call your old leads. Same work. Scalping.

Fails as cold: cost-cutting / margin work, need an exec, generic automations, split-test pages, reactivating their own list, sales-management agencies, sales training. Warm or referral only.

### 4. Guarantee on the front
Cold traffic has zero trust. People fear losing money more than they want to make more. Methods: guarantee, performance basis, case studies. Ideally case studies and a guarantee.

Put it on the ad, the headline, the landing page, the VSL, the application, the pre-call email, the call. Get X or get your money back. Pay as you get results.

The purpose of the guarantee is to book the call, not to close the call.

Reject: we will keep working free until you are satisfied.

Human: name the guarantee. Bot: write it on every front-end asset already in the snapshot.

### 5. DFY frame
They do not lift a finger. Even if it is coaching, do not say coaching. Not learn how. Not AI they set up. Real humans doing real work. If the pitch implies they do work, conversions drop hard.

Ideal cold offer = new money + guarantee + DFY.

The real bottleneck is get them on the phone. A cold offer is a get-them-on-the-phone offer. Closing is easy next to booking. Example math (not a promise): $10,000 spend, 100,000 impressions, 20 to 50 booked calls, close about 20% of shows. Booking versus close is about 400x. Fumble the call and you still close 8 to 10%. Fumble the offer and booked calls go to zero.

Load the locked scripts. Do not rewrite.

Script 01 · Not new money, DFY Instagram DM setting
If you run a coaching business and have followers on Instagram, I guarantee I can get you 30 more calls booked every single week. We DM your followers and engagers, run the conversations, put them in the CRM, and setters book your closers. You are not doing anything. This is not a coaching program. This is not automations or AI. Real humans. If you do not clearly make a 5x ROI or higher, you do not pay.

Script 02 · New money, DFY cold calling
Done-for-you cold calling. We make 500 dials a day to completely cold leads and set those sales calls on your calendar. This is not calling leads in your CRM. 100% cold leads.

If the offer they actually want is warm (sales training, and the like), put a cold front-end offer in front of it, or build warm traffic.

### 6. Book the call
- Everyday / shop time: GHL calendar already in the snapshot.
- High-ticket sit: iClosed. Do not put sales books on a GHL calendar.

### 7. Way 2 · opt-in then VSL
If the offer only works warm, make more warm traffic.
- Always opt-in first (name, email, phone), then the VSL.
- Never send traffic straight to a VSL and lose the email.
- Human: record the video. Bot: drop it after the opt-in already in the snapshot.

### 8. YouTube + email
- Two YouTube videos a week, six months or more. Each video pitches or points to a lead magnet.
- Opt-in gets a 30-day automated sequence plus 4 to 5 broadcast emails a week, Monday through Friday.
- Broadcast mix: value with no pitch, YouTube links, case studies, direct pitches, the small thing, win screenshots.
- YouTube plus email is most of the organic volume. Other social is extra.

### 9. Low ticket they consume
The number one determiner of a buy is consumption. More watch time, higher close, higher spend. For a $2,000 to $15,000 offer they need 5 to 10 hours in.

Workshop: 3 to 5 days live, tickets $47 to $97, teach 2 to 3 hours a day, pitch after. About 10 hours in. Show-up 50 to 70%. Example (not a promise): about 500 tickets, a $10,000 offer, about 1 in 5 attendees buy.

Course: $17 to $47, 1 to 4 hours. They will not watch unless you follow up, plus a webinar for last week's buyers.

Cold ads to a cold-optimized low ticket, then ascend to the warm high ticket. At scale a $47 offer can cost $100 to $130 to buy. You liquidate about half the ad spend on the small thing. Profit is the high-ticket ascent. Examples, not promises.

- Open Stripe. Stop for login / 2FA / pay.
- Create one Payment Link. The small thing. One link. No second product.

### 10. File log
Write path picked, cold booked, warm booked, source mix.
If first source equals last source equals cold ads, and they never touched email, a low ticket, YouTube, or another VSL, mark it. That is the no-show pile.

People enter one path and convert on another. Many small funnels at a small daily spend beat one funnel you keep pouring into. Do not send raw cold ads to a high-ticket sit and call it a day.

## File log

Columns: date, name, path (cold-ready / warm-pool), new money (yes / no), guarantee on front (yes / no), DFY (yes / no), book (GHL / iClosed), first source, last source, consumed (yes / no), amount, status.

## Done

Stop when a path is picked. Cold path: new-money offer, guarantee on the front, DFY frame, calls booking. Warm path: opt-in then VSL, a weekly video, a consume step. Not we ran ads to the high-ticket sit and it died.

## Do not

- Do not sell a warm offer to cold traffic and call the ads dead.
- Do not run a not-new-money offer cold.
- Do not hide the guarantee off the front end.
- Do not pitch coaching, learn how, or AI they set up.
- Do not send traffic straight to a VSL.
- Do not send raw cold ads to a high-ticket sit and call it a day.
- Do not put sales bookings on a GHL calendar.
- Do not invent a snapshot URL.
- Do not rewrite the locked scripts.
- The trial is the on-ramp so they can start day one. Not a discount story.
