## Fit gate

Fit: trades, HVAC, anyone who already turns work away when the book is full.

Unfit: no inbound (route to The outbound trail). An empty shop calling it full (stop).

If unfit, stop. Do not load recover texts on an empty book.

The hold is a dated service day on a GHL calendar. Not a sales call. The snapshot is already built. The hold calendar is in it. Sales books live on iClosed. Do not swap them.

## Run

### 1. Load the snapshot
- Open GHL. Stop for login / 2FA / pay.
- Import the snapshot. Pipelines, inbox, recover texts. Already named.

### 2. The inbox
- Wire the thread so a yes that lands while they are full does not die.
- Human: nothing after login.

### 3. The three texts
Load locked copy. Do not rewrite.

Text 01: We are full this week. Two choices: send the deposit and we hold the next open day, or we put you on a dated waitlist. Reply 1 or 2 and I send the link.

Text 02: If you need it this week I can hand you to a partner we already trust. Same work, they have a truck free. Want the intro?

Text 03: Still holding the next open day if you want it. After today I release the slot. One bump, then I stop.

Human: nothing.

### 4. Stripe Payment Link
- Open Stripe. Stop for login / 2FA / pay.
- Create one Payment Link. They pay. The next open day is theirs.

### 5. GHL calendar
- The hold calendar is already in the snapshot. Stop for GHL login / 2FA / pay.
- This is the HOLD calendar. A dated service day. Not a sales call.

### 6. Walk it
- Next time they cannot start inside the window, send Text 01.
- If they will not deposit, send the waitlist path. If they need it this week, send Text 02.
- If they go quiet, one bump (Text 03), then stop.

### 7. File log
Write deposits, dated holds, partner intros, still open.

## File log

Columns: date, name, job, path (deposit / waitlist / partner), amount or date held, status.

## Done

Stop when a week of "we are full" has deposits or dated holds, not "try us next month."

## Do not

- Do not tell them to hire or buy a truck.
- Do not put sales bookings on a GHL calendar.
- Do not say "call us later."
