### 2. Drop dead ones
- Open Reoon-class verify. Stop for login / pay.
- Drop dead mailboxes.
- No send until the list is green.

### 3. A box they own
- Open InfraSuite-class mailboxes. Stop for pay + Microsoft 2FA. Domain checkout if they still need a domain.
- Finish DNS. The trail starts from a box they own.
- Not the personal Gmail.

### 4. Instantly
- Open Instantly. Stop for login / 2FA / pay.
- Import via Microsoft OAuth.
- Warmup on. Conservative cap.
- Do not launch.

### 5. The three emails
Write from the list. Locked copy. Do not rewrite.

Email 01 ask: I work with [same title] who already have the book and still lose the hour. Worth a 12-minute look this week?

Email 02 proof: Same note. Here is the one page that shows how the book qualifies before the call. If it is useful, I will hold a slot.

Email 03 close: Last note from me. If you want the slot, reply YES and I send the link. If not, I stop.

Human: nothing.

### 6. iClosed
- Open iClosed. Stop for login / 2FA / pay.
- 12-minute event. Three qualifier questions.
- A YES reply gets this book. Not a GHL calendar. Not Cal.com.

### 7. Launch and log
- Launch 200 from the box they own.
- Write the File log: sent, bounced, yes, silence, booked.

## File log

Columns: date, name, title, company, sent, bounced, yes, silence, iClosed slot.

## Done

Stop when 200 have gone out from a box they own and every yes has a dated iClosed slot.

## Do not

- Do not launch Instantly before warmup and the cap are on.
- Do not send from a box they do not own.
- Do not skip verify.
