Unfit: a shop that only needs a hold on inbound they already have (route to Recover). No conversations to qualify (route to The outbound trail).

## Run

### 1. Open the book
- Open iClosed. Stop for login / 2FA / pay.
- The calendar is the qualifier. The hour is no longer free.

### 2. Qualifier + disqualify
- Set three questions: budget, timing, the job.
- If they cannot answer, they do not get the slot.
- Wire the disqualify path. Disqualify is a feature.

### 3. Hours that fit
- Open only the hours they want.
- Only people who already passed the gate see a slot.

### 4. Confirm text
- Send the dated yes. Time, prep, the one thing to bring.
- No maybe.

### 5. Operator bot + GHL handoff
- Read the iClosed API: eventCalls, invitee answers, outcomes.
- Write the yes into GHL.
- Stop for an API key or login if asked.
- Do not build Voice inside this File.

### 6. File log
- Who booked. Who bounced the questions.

## File log

Columns: date, name, questions passed Y/N, slot, booked / bounced, GHL id.

## Done

Stop when the book asks first, yeses are dated, and bounces are logged. Sales did not land on a GHL calendar.
